Shipping Conditions

Delivery of goods takes place within the EU. For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door are then handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, customs cleared, and at a low cost.

Domestic Shipping Costs (Germany)

For orders up to a value of €150, we charge €5.99 net (DHL Standard) or €7.95 net (UPS Standard) shipping costs.

For orders over a value of €150, we charge no shipping costs (DHL Standard) or €7.95 net (UPS Standard).

Shipping Costs Abroad (EU)

For orders up to a value of €200, we charge €17.90 (UPS Standard) shipping costs.

For orders over a value of €200, we do not charge shipping costs.

For shipments to Austria, Italy, or France, we charge €17.90 (DHL Standard) shipping costs.

Express Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT) within Germany

For express shipping we charge €16.95.

Express delivery by 12:00 noon on the next working day (Monday–Friday).

The order and payment must be received by 12:00 noon (Monday–Friday).

The net shipping costs for express delivery within Germany (excluding island regions) are €14.90 (UPS Express).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany is made within 2–3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5–10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment order).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For deliveries within Germany and abroad (EU), you have the following payment options:
